Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, without exception.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Only one exchange is allowed per product (i.e., you cannot exchange an item that has already been exchanged).
All exchanged items must be of equal value to the original purchase.
We do not accept returns of exchanged items.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Items marked "sale," "set," or "bundle" are not eligible for returns.
Ocitl does not accept returns of overused products.
If the returned item is not listed on the return packing slip, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Please note that while we strive to represent our color palettes as accurately as possible, the actual color you see will depend on your monitor.
Defective/Damaged Items:
If you received a defective or damaged item, please visit our website within 30 days of purchase. You will need to upload an image of the item in order for us to approve your refund or exchange request.
Procedure
1. Select the item you want to return in "My Order Details" and click the "Request Return" button. To return any purchased but unused or unworn item, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.
2. Obtain an authorization code and return address.
3. After submitting your return request, you can print an authorization code label from the order page. Carefully package the item using your own shipping materials and attach the label to the outside of the package. Ensure the item is secure in the packaging, as you are responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition it was received.
4. Use the shipping label provided in the package.
5. Prepare your package and include all products to be returned, adhering to the product conditions and the return form.
6. Attach the return label, ensuring the barcode is visible.
7. Please promptly deliver your item to the nearest post office or your local postal service and update your tracking number.
Please allow up to 10 business days after our returns center receives your return for your refund.
If procedures are not followed or elements are missing, the return may not be processed and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.
